We were going around the dinner table tonight and saying what we were thankful for and MBW shared that she was thankful that she did not have to go to a parent-teacher conference with Michael's teacher because she sent a note home with him that said such meeting was unnecessary because, "Michael has no problem areas."
Sounds worth a celebration, so we declared ice cream night!
That's Megan looking at Michael on a pedestal of his own making in our old house, which seemed appropriate for this theme of rejoicing in academic (and behavioral) achievement.
