Meatballs

Lindsey's blog kind of reminds me of an incident when we were all sitting around the dining/kitchen table (let's see if I remember correctly), when Michael burst in enthusiastically carrying a tied up plastic grocery bag.
"Look what I found, someone left us some meatballs!"
"Where did you find that, Michael?"
"By the side of the road."
"Those are no meatballs!!"

We explained (between gasps for air and kleenexes to wipe our eyes) how responsible dog owners clean up after the pets during walks, leaving the bag on the side of the road for the return trip. Needless to say, we haven't had many meatball meals since that incident.
